Notably, PP-much like the PE used in standard plastic shopping bags-belongs to the category of the "Five Major General-Purpose Plastics"; these are plastic varieties that do not degrade even after 50 years. The production cost of non-woven bags primarily comprises two components: the cost of raw materials and the cost of processing the bags. A wide variety of non-woven fabrics with differing specifications and cost structures are available on the market. Spunlace non-woven bags are produced by directing high-pressure, fine jets of water onto one or more layers of fiber webs; this causes the fibers to entangle with one another, thereby reinforcing the web and imparting a certain degree of tensile strength. Thermal-bonded non-woven bags are created by incorporating fibrous or powdered thermoplastic bonding agents into a fiber web; the web is then subjected to heating, melting, and subsequent cooling to consolidate it into a finished fabric. Non-woven bags are eco-friendly products and a widely used type of packaging bag, primarily utilized for shopping, packaging, advertising, electronics, apparel, and decorative items. The most distinctive feature of non-woven fabric is its eco-friendly properties-qualities that plastic products lack; specifically, the time required for it to undergo natural degradation is significantly shorter than that of plastic bags. Consequently, non-woven bags are widely recognized as the most economical and practical choice for eco-friendly shopping bags.
